I've had a few conventional facials before, but the full Donna experience is on a whole other level! I really appreciated the full holistic approach of bringing in sound and crystal healing, plus the fact all products used are completely natural - it felt far nicer than simply being slathered with a cream that's full of chemicals! The process felt as relaxing as going for a full-body massage and I felt super chilled (and even a little younger!) for the whole day afterwards. Under her guidance I now use gua sha stones at home most days on my face and, having just watched one of her online tutorials, am now going to expand their use to my head and neck too, to help release some of that often-overlooked tension! Currently writing my review whilst on Covid19 lockdown (my facial was a few months back) so am very much looking forward to another in-person session once we are all on 'the other side' :-)read more

From the first moment of stepping into Donna's practice I felt such a warm welcome. The soft ambient tones playing in the background, the beautiful smells and the cosy space made it feel like a little oasis.After being encouraged to lay for the 'treatment process', the tone was set with an intricate cleansing routine, followed by face steaming,opening and purging of the facial pores. The face massage sent me to a deep state of bliss including the use of the gua-sha on my face and neck. Time melted away as my body lost all sense of physical weight. Her caring, healing and masterful touch was my guide in and out of consciousness. A quick peep in the mirror after rewarded me with a fresh and glowing look by shaving off a good five years. She combines the most amazing techniques, including gua sha, jade roller, sound and vibration healing, smudging and very advanced facial massage. She also uses beautiful, natural skincare. I have had many healing sessions in my lifetime however I think none have been as eye opening and surprisingly shifting than the Facial Goddess healing I recieved last night. I have been having some facial skin issues for the past couple of years and when most things weren't working Donna's advice came to the rescue. I wish I had booked in for a facial sooner because if I had known it would have been as powerful and healing as it was I would have done it the day I found out about it. As soon as the first layer of oil was applied to my face I could feel immediately how nourishing and deeply needed it was. It was as if it was exactly what my face had been asking for all along! From that point on I could literally feel my face vibrating! The entire Facial felt so well structured and flowed perfectly with the healing music that was on in the background. I can't say everything she did last night because I truthfully have no idea, however scrubs and masks were applied, hot towels and cool ice, what felt like stones or crytals and even reflexology and reiki incorporated into it! I was literally stunned by how powerful it was and deeply relaxed at the same time. It even caused an emotional release in me which I was totally not prepared for. For me it was a lesson to let go of all preconcieved judgments and listen to the guidance and signs you recieve from your body and your reality sooner rather than later. Donna explained what ingredients she was using in the facial and why she was using them...which reassured me as a first timer. I like her facials very much because her massage technique is very special and her facials come with a reiki energy flush, something I'd never experienced before.
