A facial is a luxury and a treat, but it doesn’t have to be a one off, regular facials are detoxifying, de-stressing and can be part of your self-love ritual. The sensations you experience during a facial can relax and restore the mind as well as helping your skin to glow. Did you know there are specific techniques therapists use to give you those wonderful feelings?
The main reasons I perform any facial is to deep cleanse the skin, revealing a fresher, brighter you. However, my methods will vary, depending on your skin, how you are feeling and how you tell me you want to feel.
My aim is to balance my touch with your needs, so I use a combination of holistic massage styles, to make your facial as enjoyable and effective as possible.
If you are looking to relax, I will use natural products with calming and soothing essential oils to help you chill out, and soft soothing strokes.
For a more vigorous or regenerating session, I will use massage gently but firmly to manipulate your skin and stimulate the tissues and blood flow. This will make your skin more receptive to the products we decide to use.
